How to become a member

The society can only exist because it has people willing to give up their time to run it.

We invite anyone who is interested in theatre to become a member.

Membership runs strictly from January to January.

Auditions are open to everyone (members and non members) but anyone who is offered a part in a production must already be a member of the siciety or they must attain membership at the first rehearsal.

Membership costs £20.00 per year (January to January)

We Need You

The Royal Court Theatre is run by a dedicated team of Volunteers whose only reward is getting a production through to the final curtain and seeing our audiences happy and satisfied.

We urgently need more volunteers to help us with the following

Stage Crew

(full training given - no exp. necessary- your opportunity to learn backstage skills)

Backstage Support

(Want to learn about make-up? Handy with a needle & thread?)

General Maintenance

(Good at DIY? Handy with a paintbrush?)

Cleaners

(Not everyone's favourite, but it has to be done! Latest fully manual brushes supplied)

Coffee Bar

(Can yo make a good brew?)

Hikers or Bikers

(Yes you read it right! Distributing posters etc. is hard work)
